Attorney Susan E. Turner was born in Massachusetts and has been a resident of Maryland for 16 years. Upon graduation from college Sue clerked for the Honorable Richard Rombro in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Thereafter she handled literally thousands of cases representing Children in Need of Assistance (CINA) as an attorney for the Baltimore City Department of Social Services. Ruben Law Firm was very fortunate to hire Ms. Turner in 2005 and she has been with the firm ever since, handling family law cases, criminal and traffic cases and bankruptcy matters.
Sue enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
